Origininating from fuedal Japan, the Bo is a long martial arts staff weapon. Most Bos typically average 5.9 feet in length and are constructed with hardwood. The Bo uses thrusting, striking, and swinging techniques and includes a variety of blocks, strikes, sweeps, and entrapments.
